Divisions
12U Division (6 innings)
13U Division (6 innings)
14U Division (7 innings)

Game Guarantee
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.

Refund Policy:

1 game played = 75% refund. no refund if 2 or more games played

Game Format
All games will have a 1 hour 30 minute (1.5 hour) time limit.
Games may end early if the mercy rule or mathematical elimination applies.
Home team will be pre-determined and will occupy the 1st base dugout.
Mercy Rule (All Games Including Championships)
15 runs after 3 innings
10 runs after 4 innings
8 runs after 5 innings
Important Note: The game shall immediately end as soon as one team is mathematically eliminated.

Example: If the time limit is reached in the top of the 4th inning and the away team takes a 10–2 lead, the game will stop immediately as the run limit in the final inning eliminates the home team.

Bat Regulations (USSSA Standards)
All divisions must follow current USSSA bat standards.
12U: Minimum -8 drop
13U: Minimum -5 drop
14U: Minimum -3 drop (BBCOR standard)
Batting Rules
Continuous batting order is required.
All players in uniform must be included in the lineup and bat.

Pitching Rules
No player may pitch more than 3 innings in a single game.

Balk Rule
Each pitcher will receive one (1) balk warning per game.
All subsequent balks will be enforced.

Three-Way Tie Rule:

Head-to-head is eliminated in a three-way tie.
If two teams remain tied after applying "Fewest Runs Allowed," head-to-head will then be used between those two teams.
Player & Team Requirements
All teams must provide proof of insurance.
All participants must have a signed waiver on file prior to playing.

Conduct & Ejections
If a coach, player, or family member is ejected, they will be removed from the premises for the remainder of the tournament.
Only umpires and tournament directors have the authority to remove individuals from a game.
Sportsmanship Reminder: This is a kid’s game. Respect should be given to All PLAYERS, COACHES, UMPIRES AND SPECTATORS  at all times.

Field Dimensions
Field dimensions will be age-specific and aligned with standard division requirements.
